How can I sponsor other people ? It's very simple: first, you need to have an account and be logged in on the site. Then, click on the "Sponsorship" link in the top menu of the site and follow the instructions on that page. You will basically be asked to click on a link which will open up an e-mail window in your e-mail program (Outlook or other), you will then be able to personalize your message and add recipients from your address book. 2. How do I know if people have signed up after I sponsored them ? Again, log in first. Then, click on the "Sponsorship" link in the top menu of the site. A list of the people you have sponsored and who have signed up will appear (if any did sign up of course). 3. What are the various columns in that list ? The list is composed of: - Name and e-mail of the people you sponsored and who signed up - The date at which they registered on the site - Date of their first order - Amount of their first order - Corresponding reduction for their first order - Have you already used that reduction 4. How are my reductions calculated ? For each person you sponsored, 10% of the amount of their first order will be credited to your account. 5. How to use my reductions ? This will happen automatically at checkout time the next time you order on the site (NOTE: reductions are only valid for orders placed on the website, not in our physical store). Reductions can be added together. However, if the total of your reductions is greater than the total amount fo your order, they will be applied intelligently. For example if you have 3 reductions worth each 10 €, and you order for 25 €, the first 2 reductions will be applied for a total of 20 €, and the remaining 10 € reduction will be kept for your next order.
