YOUR ORDER
You can check your order at any time by clicking on the "Cart Contents" link. Should you notice an error you made after completing the checkout procedure, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make any adjustments in time. We process all orders within available inventory. In case a product is not available, we commit to contacting you as soon as possible and to offer you the solution of your choice: refund, postponing or modification of your order.

We accept two payment methods:
Credit card: pay online via our secured merchant account.
Bank or postal check: (Checks issued by French banks and for delivery addresses in France ONLY): if you choose to pay by check, please print a copy of your order's e-mail receipt and send it along with your check to:

For this payment mode, your payment must be received by us within 10 days of your order. Past this deadline, we will cancel your order.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME
For orders shipped to addresses in France by Colissimo, orders are usually delivered within 2 days after being shipped from our store. For normal priority shipping via La Poste in Europe, orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 days (Laines & Créations cannot be held responsible for any delays due to La Poste). NOTE: if you pay by check, your order will only be shipped once we receive and process your check, and delivery time will increase accordingly. Laines & Créations wishes to inform you that the delivery times mentioned do not include Sundays and holidays.
Shipping fees are in addition to the total indicated in the shopping and are clearly indicated on the order's summary screen before confirming it and making payment.
Clients who place their order on our web site automatically receive an e-mail upon order confirmation. Another e-mail is sent once the order is shipped from our store, provided that the e-mail address supplied by the client is accurate.
CANCELLATION
If our articles do not satisfy you, you may return the items to us within 7 days after receiving them, provided they have not been damaged in any way, in accordance with article L121-20 of the French "code de la consommation". In this case, return shipping fees are to be paid by the client and we also ask you to contact us by phone or e-mail to inform us of the return.
QUALITY COMMITMENT
If, in spite of our best efforts, an error should happen in the processing of your order, we commit to refunding shipping fees and exchange the articles, once the request has been approved by our online sales department. Any requests or complaints must be transmitted to us by e-mail within 7 days following the receipt of the goods.
